General Refund Policy

  • Refunds for event registrations will be provided if a cancellation request is received at least 14 days prior to the event date.
  • Refund requests made less than 14 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a Request:

  • If Club SPJ cancels or significantly changes an event, you will be entitled to a full refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
